I stopped in thinking I’d have a fun time browsing and maybe find a few things I liked, but quickly I realized there just wasn’t much to choose from. I walked around a bit hoping I’d missed another section or something, but the selection felt limited. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of disappointing when I was expecting more variety

Using this website was way more annoying than it should’ve been. Pages were loading weird, the menus were confusing, and checkout kept freezing right when I was trying to finish my order. When I looked for help, it felt like I just got brushed off with some “that’s our policy” excuse instead of an actual fix. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t see myself coming back...

My order ended up taking way longer to arrive than I thought it would. The website made it seem like shipping would be quicker, but then the updates were confusing and didn’t really match what I expected. It was frustrating waiting around without clear info, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

I was ready to order, but the way the ingredient info was worded really put me off. It made it sound like the details were there, but then I couldn’t actually find a full ingredient list or simple breakdown in one place. Maybe I missed something, but it felt kind of misleading. If I’m putting something on my skin, I want the ingredients shown clearly upfront, not hidden behind vague wording. Ended up skipping the order

I was hoping to grab a few things, but, actually, every time I checked, nothing I wanted was available. It ended up feeling like a waste of time.

I tried to return my order it turned into such a hassle. The timing was awful because I really needed the refund sorted quickly, but the replies were slow and I kept having to chase them just to find out what was going on. Even after all that, I still didn’t feel like I had a clear answer on when I’d actually get my money back. Not ordering from Thegreenmates again...

I ordered from thegreenmates.is, and the delivery timing was disappointing. I was expecting it to show up when they said it would, so I waited around for it that day, but nothing arrived. The tracking or updates didn’t really help much either, which made it more frustrating.
To be fair, maybe other people have had smoother deliveries, but my order showed up late enough that it threw off my plans. For me, it just didn’t feel dependable, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time.

I was disappointed by how much plastic packaging this came with. It doesn’t feel eco-friendly at all, and at this point companies should know better than to be so wasteful.

I ordered this because it seemed like it would be gentle, but my sensitive skin really didn’t handle it well. I used it one time and quickly my face felt hot, itchy, and uncomfortable for hours.
I stopped using it right away, but you could still see the redness the next day. Maybe it works fine for someone else, but for me it just wasn’t worth it and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a few things from thegreenmates.is, the whole thing was just off. What showed up didn’t match what I ordered, and some of the items were just wrong, like someone packed it halfway and then got distracted, anyway, it felt like nobody checked it before sending it out.

It’s really frustrating when you wait for an order and then, instead of just using what you bought, you have to deal with fixing basic mistakes. I get that stuff happens, but this was annoying enough that I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I couldn’t get past the scent. It smelled really weird to me, and I was so disappointed because I wanted to like it, but the odor was just awful.

I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. Replies took forever, and when I finally did hear back, the answers weren’t really helpful. I kept having to follow up just to get anywhere. Not great

This didn’t feel very eco-friendly to me. I wanted it to feel a bit more green, but it just didn’t, at least not from my experience.

I came away feeling disappointed. The prices were just too high for what you actually get, and I kept thinking I should’ve gotten a lot more for what I paid. Maybe other people won’t mind the cost, but for me the value just wasn’t there. I can’t really see myself using it again unless they seriously lower the prices.
